About

Welcome to Jake's Cinema Room! This site is run and operated by film & TV critic Jake Peffer. For the last 15 years, Jake has been reviewing films and TV shows across multiple websites and Youtube channels. In 2014, Jake's Cinema Room came into existence as a blog where Jake would write reviews to share his thoughts on popular films. In 2022, Jake's Cinema room expanded to a Youtube channel to add audio and video reviews on a different platform. Over the years he has worked with other websites to reach more people to share his reviews with. Some of those websites include Flickering Myth, We Live Entertainment, and FilmFed. Currently, you can see more of his reviews on BRWC, and those reviews are also featured in the critics section on Rotten Tomatoes. To go along with the other sites Jake is also part of two local critics groups in his state of Georgia. Jake is a member of the Georgia Film Critics Association and most recently joined the Atlanta Film Critics Circle
